I had the exciting opportunity to try out some online yoga therapy sessions and I was tremendously impressed with the experience.
First of all, I loved that I was able to work with Gwen over video call; as someone with a busy schedule, this was very convenient for me. As a teacher, Gwen is patient, sensitive, and encouraging, adjusting easily to all levels of experience by teaching students how to challenge themselves beyond their current proficiency.
I really respected Gwen’s belief that exercise should be accessible to all and this was apparent in the way she taught yoga as a skill that I could carry with me beyond our weekly sessions.
I was also very impressed with Gwen’s mindful, informed, and research-based approach to her yoga practice. Gwen really took the time to explain the therapeutic benefit of each pose for my specific goals and followed our sessions up with relevant documentation to read in my spare time.

$120 per 75 minute session.
Youth/student yoga therapy:
$99 ages 16 – 25 per 60 minute session
Children’s yoga therapy:
$75 per 45 minute session
