Second things second, what is the workshop about!? I could have easily called this workshop “Beyond Sleep Hygiene” because I wanted to give you something more than what’s obvious and widely recommended. I based this workshop on tons of feedback I got from my yoga therapy clients.

-Sleeping 8 hours and still feeling tired and dull
-Energy crash in the afternoon
-Feeling wired-tired
-Feeling super groggy in the morning
-Falling asleep, then being awake in the middle of the night
-Wanting improved energy and mood

-Ayurveda routines
-The vayus

-Creating your own protocol on the above (it’s okay if you have no idea what those words mean)
-Morning “wake up” class
