Yoga for Sleep TRAINING

I LOVE this training! I think I could keep learning about the science of sleep forever. And unlike other pursuits, it’s fun and easy to become your own science experiment to play around with different lifestyle practices and hacks for sleep.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
The science of sleep to explain the WHY behind the HOW
Circadian rhythm
How to adjust recommendations to your unique situation because one size does not fit all
How ayurveda conceptualizes energy and rest through the gunas and vayus
“Hacks” and mindset to make it all easier
Where does energy come from?

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
An invigorating (but not overwhelming) morning class
A “wind down” class for an afternoon break or evening pre-bed (lazy) yoga session
Practice a variety of breathing techniques, mudras, dristi (eye movements) and of course poses
