Spring Newsletter 2025

Hello everyone!

Thank you so much for taking an interest in my blog, my recipes, my book reviews and my life. I am so excited to be able to share content with an audience that gets excited about living vibrantly.

How was winter?

Honestly, it was a bit of a blur. It was dark, I got super sick and I think my brain went offline for a while. But with the coming of spring, I am feeling renewed with a fresh sense of clarity and direction.

Manifesting in March

I have set aside this month to manifest the next leg of my journey on this planet. I’m increasingly inspired to bring you MORE. More yoga therapy, more Ayurveda, more of everything! I am taking a look at my life and shifting my priorities in order to keep everything I do at ZenWithGwen front row center. I feel a great sense of honour in being able to share my love of yoga and wellness with the world so thank you so much for being here with me.
There are three months left until the end of the school year and then three months of summer until school gets busy again so I am planning the next 6-month stretch of this journey.
Do you have any requests for what you would like to see from me? Please let me know! Your requests are inspiration for me and most likely, if you have something you would like to see, another member of the Zen community would benefit from it as well. πŸ™‚

So what’s up next?

I have a ton of content lined up to post more of what you know and love here. I post short form version of it over on Instagram @ ZenWithGwen as well as short form video tips and practices. If you’re more interested in long form content, head over to YouTube @ ZenWithGwen. I have had requests to post videos on getting back in shape after a long, sedentary winter so look for those coming up soon.

Ayurveda for Real life
I love to cook, but it’s time consuming and learning about nutrition can feel like a part-time job. My goal for the next few months is to bring you simple, nourishing meals and ideas with easy-to-apply Ayurvedic concepts.

Thanks for reading and pass it on!

So here I am on the equinox looking forward to the warmer months and brighter days both literally and metaphorically. On a day that is balanced between light and dark, I am feeling a shift in myself toward greater balance in all my competeing life priorities. It’s grey and windy out with snow predicted this weekend so I have a big pot of soup on to keep my cozy until the sun comes out again.

Happy Spring!
