It’s the longest day of the year and officially summer, which means it’s time for my seasonal newsletter!

What have I been up to?

Spring has been a different kind of season for me. I have been doing a better job of living a more balanced life instead of trying to do everything all the time. I have to say I feel a lot less productive but I’m far more inspired and feel more alive.

It’s a tough choice – do I want to feel productive or alive? 🤔😜

What’s coming up next?

✅ Twice weekly outdoor yoga classes
✅ Weekly yoga for sleep classes online
✅ Increasing my client load for 1-to-1 yoga therapy clients
✅ Added mentoring to my list of offerings
✅ Gearing up for YogaFit Foundations introductory yoga teacher training and other workshops
✅ Creating custom essential oil blends drawn from the wisdom of Ayurveda and modern science
✅ Posting yin and yochi (yoga + tai chi) practices over on YouTube
✅ Training for my annual obstacle course race

Other than that I will be soaking up the sun, checking books off my TBR and working behind-the-scenes to bring you more yoga therapy and wellness content! Stay tuned for more recipes, fun facts and Thursday Thoughts.
