YogaFit offers free classes via Zoom called “Self Care Saturday”. These are intended for a general audience of yoga practitioners or yoga teachers who are interested in a specific theme. We love offering something to give back to the community so that in turn, our community members can give something to themselves.
Recordings will be send out after the event.
