I LOVE this time of year. The student in me loves the feeling of freshness, new beginnings, something to look forward to and a time to organize and buy new notebooks!! I can’t wait to get back in to the swing of things and establish healthy habits after a summer of goofing off and loafing about. My diet of hot dogs, sparkling white wine and staying up late gets swapped for turmeric tea, apple crisp and jogging.
I love taking time to give myself a pat on the back for a job well done and plan ahead. I also love switching over to an autumn purse and wallet and getting a fresh haircut! I am always sad to see the summer go, but lucky enough to slowly easy in to fall and enjoy the early nights and cool days.
